Well this past week has been warming up finally, With the weather warming up the fishing has also. The tarpon are chewing better every day with lots of hook ups. Most of the fish have been in the 80-100lb. range with a few big ones now and then. We have been fishing mainly Seven Mile Bridge and Bahia Honda Bridge depending on the bite. Earlier in the week we still had a few days of tailing sailfish. Not any big numbers, but we still caught at least a few sails each day. Also fished the edge of the reef a few days as well as Hawks Channel. Good action for just catching lots of variety and some dinner fish. The highlight of the week would have to be with the Frude family and their friend Mike. We had one morning of tarpon fishing where we had twelve bites, eight fish hooked, but only got two to the boat. Unfortunately the bridge won a few times. It was great action though….
Well, Until Next Week….
